- Actively promote the Inner Circle group within the Academy to draw in and retain a diverse membership.
- Utilise the Monday Night Mastermind, The Inner Circle, Networking Dinners and the Group Chat to promote, spread awareness and highlight the value of attending your event.
Welcome Desk Management:
- Set up and oversee the welcome desk, ensuring it is staffed and presentable throughout the event.
- Greeting Attendees: Warmly welcome attendees as they arrive, providing a friendly and positive first impression of the event.
- Information Provision: Inform attendees about the facilities available, such as the locations of restrooms, coffee stations, emergency exits, and any other relevant amenities.
- Check-In Coordination: Efficiently check in guests upon arrival, maintaining an accurate record of attendance.
- Guidance and Support: Assist attendees with any queries or needs they may have, offering help with seating arrangements or facilitating any special requirements.
