How does the scoring system work?

We will assess your deal based on the information you have given along with our own research. The deal itself will be rated along with our confidence in your due diligence. Sometimes a lower score may be given if for instance, you have not viewed the property or if there is insufficient information on the form. 

We rate the deal in two ways.

1. Based on your figures, how good is the deal

2. Our confidence in your due diligence

Both catagories will be given a score out of 100.

This is what the scores mean in real terms,

0 - 20 Terrible

21 - 40 Poor

41 - 60 Fair

61 - 80 Good

81 - 100 Amazing
