You can cancel your ticket for free if the event is more than 14 days away.
Please submit a ticket via our support portal stating that you wish to cancel your ticket. Also, be sure to include your full name, email address (that you used to buy your ticket), and the date of the event you wish to cancel.
If you wish to cancel and your event is taking place in the next 14 days, you are now subject to the No Show or Late Cancellation policy. However, please still email if you are unable to attend, and we may be able to switch you to another date, subject to availability.
As long as your email is sent before the event start date, it will be valid. Please bear in mind that we can take up to 1 working day to respond, so you will not need to send multiple messages.
