If you can't make the date please let us know as soon as possible by submitting a ticket via our support portal.
If you let us know more than 14 days before the event starts we will move you to the next available date free of charge.
If it's within 14 days the start date this will be subject to a £100 admin fee and at our discretion, as it's too late to fill your space
