Do I need to submit my deal before buying or selling?
Yes. Members are strongly advised to submit to Rate My Deal first to avoid blind spots before buying or packaging.
Can you estimate refurb costs for me?
Yes. Use Quote My Refurb inside Deal Analyser. Upload photos/video and a checklist. Our in-house builder produces a desktop refurb quote you can use for your own numbers or to support packaged deals.
How do I check Article 4 status for HMOs?
Use the Article 4 Checker in the portal. Enter a postcode to see whether Article 4 is in place or coming soon, plus a national map view.
Is there a contract library?
Yes. A comprehensive, regularly updated document bank: deal-sourcing agreements, co-sourcing agreements, complaints procedures, JV and loan agreements, rent-to-rent contracts, HMO licences and house rules, eviction notices, builder agreements and more. Edit the templates and use them before taking or paying any money.
