What are the rules for for the Certified Partner Scheme?

To ensure that all of our affiliates receive fair compensation for their efforts, we have established the following guidelines and rules of engagement:

1. Eligibility - Affiliates must be an Academy member to take part in the Affiliate Programme and must have watched the ‘Samuel Leeds Certified Partner’ Online Training.

2. Commissions - Affiliates will be paid a commission for every qualifying sale made through their referral. Upon qualifying customers, affiliates will receive a 5% commission based on the lifetime value of each referred customer. Lifetime value is calculated based on the total spend of the referred customer over their entire engagement with the Samuel Leeds Property Investment Training platform.

3. Referral tracking - To ensure accurate tracking and payment of commissions, the first referral must be made through a unique referral link or code assigned to each affiliate. 

4. Customer eligibility - Commissions will only be paid for referrals that result in new customers who have not previously interacted with the company or product being promoted. You cannot be a self affiliate including using a different email.

5. Payment terms - Payments will only be made to affiliates who have accumulated £50 or more in earned commission. This threshold is in place to minimize payment processing fees and provide a more efficient payment process.

Commission payments will be issued monthly on the 1st of each month. This will allow sufficient time for customer transactions to be properly processed and confirmed before payment is issued.

6. Code of conduct - Affiliates are expected to promote the product or service with integrity and honesty, and not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive marketing tactics. You are not permitted to use Samuel’s Leeds brand or name in any paid advertisement such as Facebook or Google ads.

7. Termination - The company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the programme at any time

These rules of engagement are intended to provide a clear and fair framework for affiliates to participate in the program and receive compensation for their efforts.
