I've paid on the wrong card - Can I get a refund and pay again?

Yes, you can. However, it costs us approximately 2% in transaction fees, so this charge will be passed onto you.

Step 1: Please submit a ticket to our support team hereexplaining that you wish to pay again on a different card.

Step 2: A team member will be in touch to take the payment.

Step 3: Once payment has been received, the original payment will be refunded, minus a 2% transaction fee. 

For example, if you paid £995, you will be refunded (£995 minus £19.90) £975.10

Please noteEven if you paid using your personal card, you can still claim the training as a business expense. Simply provide the receipt to your company and reimburse yourself.
