I am really sorry to hear this.
The two most common reasons are:
- The mentor is caught up on another call. In this case, they will usually call within 10 minutes of the appointment start time.
- The phone number provided is incorrect. Please check the phone number that you provided, as if its just 1 digit wrong, the mentor won't be able to get through. If you have provided an incorrect number, just book another call at a time that's convenient to you.
If the number is correct and you still haven't received a call, message us on the WhatsApp hotline, which can be found in the support section of the portal :
